Architectural Description: 2-story, 5-bay; asphalt roof shingles; partial returns and fascia board; interior brick chimney at peak main block; exterior brick chimney with terra cotta cap on north facade; brick chimney on west side of 1-story addition; primary entrance consists of paired pane and paired wood doors, broken pediment entry porch with Tuscan columns and accessed by brick steps; fenestration includes 2/2 vinyl DHS with inoperable shutters and entablature wood surrounds, stained glass and modern storms; 1-story, hipped roof addition on rear (east) wrapping around to south corner; 1-story shed roof addition on north side with full return containing dentils and brackets; modern paned large light doors, access this section in west side by 2 brick steps.
