Architectural Description: 205 Bradford Street is a 2-story, Dutch Colonial Revival-style dwelling that sits above street level on hill; The side gambrel roof has partial cornice returns, is clad in asphalt shingles and has two interior and one exterior brick chimneys; The exterior is clad in vinyl siding and the foundation has stone facing; The fenestration is irregular consisting of single and grouped 6/6 wood DHS windows; The primary entrance contains a modern panel door and storm flanked by 4-pane sidelights with flat hood supported by brackets accessing an enclosed, flat-roof vestibule; a deck is located on the top of the vestibule with access from interior of 2nd floor; A 2-story section on the south facade has a rooftop deck
