Architectural Description: The main dwelling at 62 Bradford Street is a 1 1/2-story, 5-bay center entry cottage. The central entry door is wood panel with 2 small lights at the top. The door is flanked by pilasters, and has a flat-roofed hood supported by brackets. Windows are 2/2 wood DHS with storms and wood trim. A simple frieze is located below the eaves. The side gable roof has partial cornice returns. There is a stuccoed, corbelled brick chimney at the center of the roof ridge. A gabled dormer with 2/2 DHS window is offset on the front roof slope. The property is surrounded by a white picket fence. There is a small outbuilding on the property of unknown use. Brick and concrete block stoop are located at the entrances. The west facade contains 2/2 wood DHS with storms and 2-light windows at basement level. The rear facade contains a secondary entry with wood surround and deck and the gable dormer contains broad eaves. A shed roof enclosed vestibule accesses basement-level entry.
