Architectural Description: 95B Bradford Street is a 1 1/2-story, 3-bay, Vernacular Greek Revival cottage; the side gable roof is clad in asphalt shingles, a central chimney is located at the roof ridge; the exterior is clad in clapboard siding and the foundation is brick; the fenestration includes 2/2 wood DHS and 1/1 DHS replacement windows; the primary entrance contains a central panel door and storm door.
Historical Narrative: As per Tom Boland (1994): The first notation for 95A Bradford Street is on the 1880 atlas where it is noted that the site is owned by B. Lang. Address formerly 95A Commercial.
