Architectural Description: 69 Commercial St. is a 2-story; 3-bay side gable structure with 3-story hipped-roof addition to side and rear; exterior materials consist of clapboard with corner pilasters on street facade; wood shingles on side facades and vertical planks on rear addition; side gable roof clad in asphalt shingles on original portion and wood shingles on addition with partial cornice returns; fenestration includes 6/6 DHS wood windows with 2/2 wood storms; 10-pane wood casements on side of original section; primary entrance has modern pane and panel door; central attic addition with skylights.
