Kelly's Corner 039 - First Year-Rounder's Day, Halley's Comet, Heaton Vorse
Jan Kelly writes a weekly column for Provincetown Magazine. In this article she is a cheerleader for the First Year-Rounder's Day, a celebration of everything Provincetown by and for the year round population. It's a day of exhibits at Town Hall, followed by a potluck dinner, with music and dancing late into the night. Then she mentions Halley's Comet which is making a return visit and segues into biographical information about Heaton Vorse who is likely to see Halley's Comet for the second time in his life.
