Poor Howard's Wednesday Afternoon Post, Volume I, Number I, June 29, 1966, Co-Editor's-in-Chief Carol Rubright and Howard Schneider. A 16 page regional newspaper about Provincetown and Cape Cod dedicated to 'imagination and responsibility'. Affectionately known as 'Howie', Howard Schneider was a longtime Provincetown resident, artist and cartoonist as well as one of the founders of Year Rounder's Day.
