Dyer, also a lawyer, wrote a public address for Truro’s Centennial Celebration in 1809. In this interview the younger Dyer reads that address to commemorate the upcoming 275 year anniversary of Truro’s dedication. And this present paragraph is being written in 2010, the year of Truro’s Tricentennial.
