Letters to Mr.& Mrs. Bultman, Jr. from Jeanne & Fritz (August 17, 1945)
Three letters from Jeanne & Fritz Bultman to Mr. & Mrs. A. Fred Bultman, Jr. The first letter talks about Provincetown social life and all the parties and entertaining being done. Friends and neighbors come over for cocktails and dinner. Feasts are made from local seafood and garden vegetables. The second letter is about Jeanne's pregnancy as she is in her 7th month, feeling well and keeping busy. She mentions her dog, Maeve, who she would like to accompany her down south after the summer since she has been unable to find a suitable home. Apparently there is some resistance to the idea from her inlaws. The last letter is a celebration of the end of the war.
