Two color postcards of Herring Cove Beach in 1921 and 1930, one showing bathers and the other showing the new state road. 1956 newspaper article about erosion which caused the state to have to build an asphalt apron to prevent the road from being undermined and washed away. Two notices from 1872.....one of a lost boy and the other of found India rubber.
