Color picture postcard of Long Point Light and the keeper's house when it was in use. Two black and white photos of Long Point with just the lighthouse in 1959 after the keeper's house was torn down. Also a newspaper account of Harold W. MacFarlane and Manuel J. Goveia, the high bidders who purchased the keeper's house and were given 45 days to tear it down and remove it from Long Point. Althea Boxell was given two slates from the roof of the building. Also a newspaper article about Nathaniel E. Atwood (1807-1886, 'the best practical icthyologist in our state', who lived in the keeper's house on Long Point.
