Architectural Description: 2-story, 5-bay; faces south; asphalt roof shingles; paired brackets under eaves, full returns at gable ends with dentils; Shed dormer across entire west rear slope; massive corner pilasters; fascia board along rear ell; 2/2 wood DHS with flat shallow lintels supported by small brackets on 1st floor; decorative wood surrounds with flat lintels on 2nd floor; 1/1 wood DHS, bay window on west side with paired brackets with eaves and paneling below window; center contains paired pane and panel historic doors and exterior modern storms, flat roof entry porch with brackets, square fluted columns, decorative side balustrade, accessed by brick steps; roof top balcony over entry with modern large pane door; exterior rear stair to 2nd floor entrance and deck along west side; exterior stair to 1st floor entrance at northwest corner;
Historical Narrative: As per Tom Boland (1994): This house is shown on the 1858 atlas as being owned by Nathan Freeman who was then president of the Provincetown Bank (First National Bank). The listing is 1880 remains that of N.D. Freeman. In 1907 the owner is listed as J. Coulliard.
