Architectural Description: 17 Winthrop Street is a 1-1/2-story, 3-bay dwelling; asphalt roof shingles; hipped wall dormer on south; partial cornice returns; interior brick ridge chimney; corner boards and fascia board; entrance on left of front (west) facade with flat shallow hood supported by brackets; entrance is accessed by a pane-and-panel wood door and modern storm; entry reached by wood deck, steps and balustrade from the south; secondary entrance on south side by paired large-light modern doors with snap-in muntins; and other door directly to right; 6/6 vinyl DHS with wood surrounds; rear 1-story, flat roof addition.
