Historic District Survey information for 16 Court St
Architectural Description: 16 Court Street is a 1 1/2-story, 4-bay building with a setback side addition. The side gable roof is clad in asphalt shingles; shed dormer across front roof slope. Corner pilasters present. Dentils trim the eaves and dormer. The main entry consists of a modern panel wood door with pedimented entry porch supported by square fluted posts and pilasters. A secondary entrance is located on the east facade of the side addition. Fenestration includes 6/6 vinyl DHS windows; inoperable shutters. A large setback side addition with halifax-style roof and skylights is located at the north side of the main building block.
