Architectural Description: 10 Pearl St. is a 1 1/2-story, 2-bay sidehall cottage. The front-gable roof has partial returns; pendanted brackets below the eaves; brick chimney at roof ridge; gable dormer in south roof slope. Main entry consists of a replacement door with simple wood surround; concrete stoop. Secondary entrance on south facade with flat hood and pendanted end brackets. Fenestration includes 1/1 wood DHS replacements; 1 Chicago-style picture window present on south facade. 1-story rear ell with shed dormer on north roof slope. |
