Architectural Description: 25 Winthrop Street is a 2-story, 3-bay building with side-gable roof and 1-story side ell. Main section has central entry with panel door, storm, fluted pilasters and simple entablature. An octagonal hood with denticulated cornice shades the door. Windows are 1/1 DHS and a large multi-light false divided picture window flanked by false divided 6/6 DHS. A brick water table is lower in one portion to accommodate this window. 1-story side ell, flush with primary facade, has single light casements, and a brick chimney is located on the rear. A wood deck across main section of building. Sliding glass door and canted bay windows on south facade.
