Architectural Description: 18 Franklin Street is a 2-story, 5-bay dwelling with side gable roof and central entry. The primary facade is clad in clapboard, and wood shingles clad the secondary facades. The main entry has a replacement door and slight shed-roofed hood. Secondary entrances are located on the north facade - 1 at each story - toward the rear of the building. Wood decks are present at both entries, with the 2nd story deck wrapping around to the rear. Windows are generally 2/2 wood DHS with aluminum storms; 2/1 and 1/1 DHS are present on the north facade.. A 1-story section at rear has a roof deck above.
