Architectural Description: 1 1/2-story; 3-bay sidehall with 4-bay ell; asphalt roof shingle; eave is boxed in vinyl; partial cornice returns; interior brick chimney at peak; brick foundation covered with stucco; main entrance contains modern pane and panel door with 5-pane vinyl sidelights on one side, with an enclosed flat roof vestibule with brackets under eave and accessed by a concrete step; entrance on ell has flat hood supported by large brackets, accessed by 2 concrete block with brick steps with metal handrail; fenestration includes 1/1 vinyl DHS, 2/2 wood DHS, 2/1 wood DHS, 6/6 wood DHS, 4/4 wood DHS, single-pane fixed; doors and windows have inoperable louvered shutters; attached to rear is a 1-story, 3-bay cottage facing west with wood shingle siding, asphalt roof and vinyl trim, 6/6 DHS wood with vinyl surround and single-pane vinyl awning, 2/2 wood DHS in north gable Attached to rear (south) facade is a 1-story, 3-bay cottage; exterior is clad in wood shingles and the roof is clad in asphalt shingles; wall trim is vinyl; fenestration includes 6/6 DHS with vinyl surround, single-pane vinyl awning, 2/2 wood DHS
