Architectural Description: 1 1/2-story; 4-bays; 3/4 cottage; asphalt roof shingles; partial cornice returns; 6/6 wood DHS; recessed entry with wood surround including pilasters and entablature lintel; door is paneled wood with 5-pane sidelights and modern storm door; entrance accessed by brick steps; on south side is a Chicago-style window containing a single-pane fixed window flanked by 4/4 wood DHS shed dormers are located on both sides of roof and contains 6/6 vinyl DHS on south and 6/6 wood DHS on north; a 1-story, hipped roof section has 1/1 wood DHS, concrete block chimney and foundation, with a panel door, wood steps and wood porch deck; Main building is attached to a 1 1/2-story, 3-bay cottage with asphalt roof shingles, wood pane and panel door flanked by 6/6 wood DHS, partial cornice returns, corner boards, interior brick chimney and brick foundation
