Architectural Description: 5 Winslow Street is a 2-story, 5-bay dwelling; side-gable roof is sheathed in asphalt shingles; fenestration includes 6/6 wood DHS with inoperable shutters; central entry is accessed by a pane-and-panel wood door with 6-pane sidelights; full door surround with pilasters and entablature; entry is accessed by brick steps with wrought-iron handrail; corner returns and pilasters wrapped in vinyl; exterior brick end chimney; 2-story north side section set back from front facade; a 1-story flat-roof section to north of that has rooftop deck.
