Architectural Description: 16 Alden Street is a 1 1/2-story, 5-bay building - the primary facade faces south. Side gable roof has partial cornice returns; box cornice, frieze below eaves; shed dormer in south roof slope; skylight; larger shed dormer on north roof slope. Main entry contains a replacement door with simple shed hood above. Windows are 2/1 DHS. Window to right of door is a bay with copper hipped roof and 1/1 DHS. An exterior wood stair and 2nd-story deck and entrance are located at the rear.
