Architectural Description: 12 Prince Street is a 1-1/2-story, 3-bay sidehall dwelling. Front-gable roof has partial returns, frieze below eaves; shed dormers on north slope. Main entry is accessed by an oval pane-and-panel door with storm. Wood stoop. Small flat hood with pendanted end brackets. Windows - 2/2 DHS wood with wood surrounds and storms. 1-story addition on rear with brick chimney; 2/1 DHS window with wood surround. secondary entry with enclosed vestibule. |
