Architectural Description: 28 Court Street is a 1 1/2-story, 3-bay residence with cross gable roof. Exterior concrete block chimney, south facade. Central entry consists of a fanlight and panel door with storm and brick stoop with metal railings; wood pilasters and lintel form the door surround. Fenestration includes 6/1 wood DHS with storms and applied louvered shutters. A Chicago-style picture window and paired single-light casements are located on the north facade of the main block. An ell on the north side accommodates a secondary entry and a single-car garage.
