Architectural Description: 16 Winslow Street is a 2-story, 3-bay dwelling; hipped roof with wide flared eaves is sheathed in asphalt shingles; hipped dormers; interior brick chimney; fenestration includes 12/1, 6/1, and 1/1 wood DHS; hipped-roof wrap-around wood porch has closed balustrades clad in wood shingles and stucco-clad supports with flat arched openings; center door is accessed by a modern storm door in entry vestibule; entry is reached by concrete steps and brick piers; door is flanked on right by 3 windows and on left by 1 window; secondary entrance on north side under porch.
