Architectural Description: 1 1/2-story; 7-bays; sidehall cottage with ell; asphalt roof shingles; interior brick chimney; partial cornice returns and corner pilasters; 4-bay shed dormer on front facade with 6/6 wood DHS; 6/6 wood DHS with wood surrounds, paired wood 6-pane casement windows; wood paneled door with wood surround including entablature lintel and flanking pilasters and 4-pane sidelights; secondary entrance on side ell also has entablature lintel, pilasters and wood panel door, but no sidelights; 1-story rear shed section with rooftop deck and is connected by small entry vestibule to former 1-car garage; former garage is 1-bay, has a side gable roof, paired multi-pane sliding glass doors flanked by inoperable shutters, skylights, rear steps and deck to a 2nd-story entrance.
