Architectural Description: 11 Pearl St is a 2-story, 4-bay; asphalt roof shingles; 3 gable dormers on south, 1 on north; 2 gable dormers with shed dormer in between of north and south sides;2 interior brick chimneys; partial returns, pilasters and fascia board; 6/6 vinyl DHS; primary entrance contains a wood panel door with full Greek Revival surround including 5-pane sidelights, pilasters, entablature top, and accessed by concrete and brick steps with wood balustrade; secondary entrances on south facade contain 2 pair of modern French doors with single multi-pane door in center, open wood deck with square wood balustrade and steps accessible from west; rear 2-story section with shed roof and 1-story additions; rooftop deck;
