Architectural Description: 12 Atlantic Avenue is a 2-story, 3-bay building with a rear ell; the building faces Bradford Street. The front-gable roof is clad in asphalt shingles, has partial returns; skylights; rear exterior brick chimney (south). Corner pilasters present. The main entrance is centered on the Bradford Street facade. It contains a new wood pane and panel door with art glass, and is shaded by a flat hood supported by brackets. A secondary entrance is located on the east facade, facing Atlantic Avenue. Fenestration includes 6/6 replacement wood and vinyl DHS; 1/1 vinyl DHS; 8/8 vinyl DHS on the front facade next to the door; bay window on the front facade with modern vinyl picture window and DHS flanking; wood window surrounds. A 1-story rear ell is located at the south gable end. This section has a roof deck and access to a 3rd floor entrance and deck. Modern deck on front.
