Architectural Description: 16 Carver Street is a 2-story, 3-bay sidehall cottage with a rear ell. The front-gable roof has partial returns and a frieze below the eaves; stuccoed brick chimney of north roof slope; large shed dormer completes 2-story rear ell. Main door consists of fanlight and panel door with flat roof hood supported by large end brackets. A secondary entrance is located on the south facade in the rear ell. Fenestration includes grouped and single 1/1 replacement vinyl DHS. Stuccoed brick chimney in rear ell. Exterior stair to 2nd story deck and entrance on rear.
