Architectural Description: 2-story, 5-bays; asphalt roof shingles; front of house has low hipped roof with a brick foundation; rear is side gable with concrete block foundation; 2/1 wood DHS throughout, paired historic 6-pane wood casements, on north facade; primary entrance contains pane and panel wood door with modern storm; modern sliding glass doors on north facade;
Historical Narrative: House could have been a 1-story cottage and then raised to 2 stories in late 1800s or early 1900s
