Architectural Description: 217 Bradford Street is a 1 1/2-story, 3-bay, Italianate-style sidehall dwelling; the front-gable roof is clad in asphalt shingles, there are partial cornice returns and the brick chimney is located at the rear; the primary facade is clad in clapboard siding and the secondary facades are wood shingle, there are corner pilasters and the foundation is brick; the fenestration includes 2/2 wood DHS with simple wood trim; the primary entrance contains a historic wood pane and panel door with aluminum storm door, flat-roof hood supported by brackets; 1-story section that connects rear of building to small shed
