Architectural Description: 165 Commercial St. is a 2-1/2-story, 4-bay, Queen Anne-style dwelling; multi-gable roof is sheathed in asphalt shingles, denticulated eave; exterior is clad in wood shingles applied in bands of various patterns, with wood trim; building sits on a brick foundation; fenestration includes 2/1 vinyl DHS windows with denticulated window surrounds; primary entrance is accessed through a 1-story hipped-roof open porch with a denticulated eave supported by square wood post on a wood deck and brick foundation; octagonal corner tower; large additions on south and east facades have poured concrete foundation.
Historical Narrative: Currently called "The Sandpiper Beach House" (2003).
