	Architectural Description: This is a 1 1/2-story, 3-bay half cottage with a 2-bay addition and rear ell. The side gable roofs are clad in asphalt shingles. The main roof section has a steep pitch, while the side addition has a medium pitch. The roof has partial returns; interior brick chimney on western roof slope. Corner boards are present. The main entry has a storm door and simple wood surround. Fenestration includes 2/1 wood DHS, paired single-pane vinyl casements (on gable end), and 1/1 vinyl DHS with inoperable shutters. A 1-story rear ell with gable roof has a concrete block foundation.
